Our club resumes again on Wednesday, September 10th. Registration begins on Sunday, August 24.
Who can participate in AWANA?
AWANA is for children who turn three (and are potty trained) by September 1, through youth who are in 12th grade. 7th-12th graders volunteer in the children's program and also have their own club time. Our clubs consist of Cubbies for three and four year olds, Sparks for K-2nd grades, T & T (stands for Truth & Training) for 3rd-6th grades, Trek for 7th-8th grades, and Journey 24/7 for high school students.
When does AWANA meet?
AWANA meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00 pm (Cubbies get out at 7:45 pm), from the second week in September until the first week of May.
How can I join?
Registration is $41 for the year. There will be additional fees for handbooks and uniform shirt or vests. You can join at any time in the Club year if you missed the initial registration, by stopping by the church office or coming to Club on Wednesday night.
What do the letters "AWANA" stand for?
"Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed" from 2 Timothy 2:15 (The Bible) meaning that God wants His children to be able to understand and apply the truth of the Bible, thus living the kind of lives in which they won't be ashamed.
